Home/Trust and Security
How we protect customer, appointment, and pet-care information in everyday practice.
Trust matters when you share contact details and pet-care notes. We aim to collect only what we need, limit access, use reputable providers, and be clear about what the current website does and does not do.
The public website does not currently collect card numbers or run ecommerce checkout. If we accept card payments, they may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on crimsonechopets.com.
Payment processors are responsible for the card-processing security rules that apply to their systems.
Current public-site third parties include Google Fonts. Operational vendors may include website hosting, email, phone, payment, scheduling, accounting, and IT support providers.
We do not claim special security certifications. If that changes, this page will be updated only after those certifications are actually in place.
If we become aware of a security incident that may affect personal information, we will investigate, take steps to contain the issue, notify affected people or authorities when required by law, and document remediation steps.
