The rules for using our website, requesting appointments, and receiving pet grooming services from CRIMSON ECHO LLC.
By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a pet, you confirm you are allowed to make care decisions for that pet.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of crimsonechopets.com and grooming services provided by CRIMSON ECHO LLC, located at 245 2nd W Pkwy, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the website, requesting an appointment, confirming an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to book services. If you book on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
We provide grooming and related pet-care services. Grooming is not veterinary medicine, and we may adjust a service for your pet's comfort and safety.
We provide pet grooming services such as bath and brush, full groom and styling, nail and paw care, de-shedding, teeth and breath freshening, spa add-ons, and first-groom introductions. Services depend on your pet's species, size, coat, temperament, health, and safety needs.
We are not veterinarians and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Any grooming observations we share are practical care notes, not medical advice.
A website request is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm appointments only after we contact you and agree on the details.
Requests submitted through the website, email, or phone are appointment requests only. An appointment is confirmed only after we agree on a date, time, service scope, and any required deposit or special handling details.
Please tell us the important stuff before the groom: health concerns, bite history, anxiety, allergies, medications, matting, or anything that could affect safe handling.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your pet, including vaccination status, medical conditions, allergies, injuries, parasites, anxiety, behavioral history, prior bite incidents, pregnancy, age-related concerns, and any handling restrictions.
You represent that your pet is current on vaccinations required by law and our studio policies. We may request proof of vaccination or decline service when documentation or safety information is incomplete.
Some coats and behaviors change what is safe. If matting, stress, illness, or aggression makes a planned groom unsafe, we may change the plan or stop.
Severe matting can hide sores, bruising, parasites, or skin irritation. When matting cannot be humanely brushed out, clipping the coat shorter may be the safest option. Removing mats may reveal pre-existing skin conditions caused by the matting or trapped moisture.
If a pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, ill, injured, or unsafe to handle, we may stop the service and contact you. You remain responsible for charges for work completed and any additional costs caused by undisclosed conditions, parasites, excessive matting, or special handling needs.
Quotes can change if the coat, size, behavior, or condition is different than expected. Please give notice if you need to cancel.
Prices may vary based on species, breed, size, coat condition, matting, behavior, service selection, add-ons, and time required. Initial estimates are not final prices unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Please pick up and pay on time. We do not store card numbers on this website.
Prices and estimates are in U.S. dollars unless we clearly say otherwise. We may accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Card payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Refunds, cancellations, deposits, and no-shows are explained in our Refund Policy. Service delivery is explained in our Fulfillment Policy.
Please pick up your pet promptly after we notify you that the service is complete. If a pet is not picked up after repeated contact attempts, additional care, boarding, or handling fees may apply, and we may take steps permitted by law to protect the pet's welfare.
We do not currently advertise online promotions. If we offer one, its terms will be shown with the offer.
Any promotion, discount, package, or limited-time offer is valid only under the terms stated with that offer. Unless we clearly say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after a completed service. We may modify or end promotions where permitted by law.
We may contact you about appointments and your pet's care. We will ask before using identifiable pet photos for marketing when required.
You consent to receive service-related calls, texts, emails, or messages about appointment scheduling, estimates, reminders, pickup, pet-care notes, policy updates, and follow-up questions. Standard carrier rates may apply.
We may keep notes, photos, and service records for grooming history, safety, and quality purposes. We will not intentionally publish images that identify you personally without appropriate permission.
You can browse the site to learn about us and request contact. Please do not copy the site, interfere with it, or use it unlawfully.
The website is provided for general information and appointment-request purposes. You may not use the website to violate law, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, send harmful code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
The website design, copy, logo, images, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle and how to contact us about privacy rights.
Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Do Not Sell or Share notice, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We work carefully, but grooming involves living animals, sharp tools, water, dryers, and coat conditions we cannot always see in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to a grooming service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited.
If a problem is caused by inaccurate information, undisclosed risk, or misuse of the site, you may be responsible for resulting claims or costs.
You agree to indemnify and hold CRIMSON ECHO LLC, its owners, employees, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, inaccurate or incomplete pet information, undisclosed health or behavior risks, or violation of another person's rights.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity, at least 30 days, to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state or federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms or stop providing service when safety, policy, or business reasons require it.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or decline services when reasonably necessary for safety, nonpayment, repeated no-shows, policy violations, incomplete information, or other legitimate business reasons.
