How we handle visitor, appointment, pet-care, and communication information for our grooming studio and website.
CRIMSON ECHO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates crimsonechopets.com and provides pet grooming services from 245 2nd W Pkwy, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you may have.
We keep the website simple. It lets you learn about the studio, contact us, and manage cookie choices. It does not currently include online accounts or ecommerce checkout.
The website contact form sends your appointment request to our first-party website endpoint so we can review it and respond. We store the details you submit as a business record for appointment coordination, customer support, safety notes, and follow-up.
Where privacy law requires a specific reason for using information, our reasons are simple: answering you, providing the service you asked for, keeping safe business records, and meeting legal obligations.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, tax, insurance, safety, and pet-care purposes, then delete, archive, or de-identify it where appropriate.
| Data type | Typical retention | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry and appointment emails | Up to 24 months after last contact, unless needed longer | Customer service and appointment history |
| Grooming and pet-care records | Up to 7 years or as needed for safety, insurance, or business records | Continuity of care and business records |
| Payment and tax records | As required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations | Accounting and compliance |
| Privacy requests | About 3 years | Request records |
| Consent records | About 3 years unless needed longer for compliance or dispute records | Audit trail for cookie and privacy choices |
| Website logs | Usually 90 days or less unless needed for a problem | Security and troubleshooting |
We use practical safeguards such as access limits, vendor controls, secure email/provider accounts, and HTTPS on production pages. No website or business system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the timeline required by applicable law.
Some privacy laws give residents of certain states extra rights. Even where those laws may not fully apply to a small local grooming studio, we try to honor reasonable privacy requests.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information, and you may ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to keep Marketing technologies off for that browser.
We are based in the United States and our services are designed for local grooming customers. If you visit from outside the United States or contact us from abroad, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, or limits on how your information is used.
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging pet grooming services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, vendors, or business practices change. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page.
