01 What We Provide

CRIMSON ECHO LLC provides in-person pet grooming services by appointment. Services may include baths, brush-outs, full grooming and styling, nail and paw care, de-shedding, teeth and breath freshening, spa add-ons, and first-groom introductions.

02 Appointment Confirmation

A website request is not an automatic booking. We confirm appointments after we contact you and agree on the service, appointment time, estimated price, and any important pet-care details.

03 Service Delivery

• Services are performed in person at the studio unless we expressly agree otherwise.
• Estimated visit length depends on the pet's size, coat, temperament, service selected, and condition on arrival.
• We will contact you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Final pricing may change if the pet's coat condition, matting, behavior, or service needs differ from the initial estimate.

04 Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

We do not currently sell physical goods through this website, so shipping, delivery, and product returns do not apply. Grooming services are fulfilled by completing the scheduled in-person service.

05 Currency and Receipts

Prices, deposits, and payments are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. If you pay by card, the card processor may send an electronic receipt. We can also provide a service summary or receipt when requested.

06 Changes to a Service

For pet safety and comfort, we may recommend changing the planned service after seeing your pet's coat, skin, behavior, or stress level. We will discuss material changes with you whenever practical before continuing.
